PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow the space in a vertical direction occupied by a sheet path. SOLUTION: A sheet post-processing device B1 includes upper and lower conveyance guides 9a and 9b each for guiding at upper and lower positions a sheet conveyed by an intermediate roller 2 for conveying a sheet, upper and lower sheet ejecting rotating bodies 3a and 3b for ejecting and conveying the sheet on the downstream side of the guides 9a and 9b, an arm 8 having the body 3a and being displaceable vertically, a cam 7 for pushing the arm 8 upward to separate the upper sheet ejecting rotating body 3a from the lower rotating body 3b, a stapler 11 placed on the more downstream side than the intermediate roller 2 in a direction of the sheet conveyance, for applying a process onto the sheet stacked on the lower conveyance guide 9b, and a link portion 8a and a link lever 9a-2 for displacing the upper guide 9a upward when the arm 8 is displaced upper by the cam 7, and the stapler 11 and the upper and lower sheet ejecting rotating bodies 3a and 3b are placed sequentially more downstream side than the intermediate roller 2.
