PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure and a mold structure for molding the same, which can mold a reinforcing body with desired dimensions, rigidity, etc. in a constantly stable manner by preventing poor molding from being caused by the deformation of a reinforcing plate at the molding. SOLUTION: In this reinforcing structure 11, hole parts 12a/12b, which pass through up to the reinforcing plate 10, are provided in resin-formed parts 13. The parts 13 each are formed as resin-formed parts 13a/13b in the same position by sandwiching the reinforcing plate 10 in between, and hole parts 12aa/12ab are formed in the central parts of the parts 13a/13b.
