PURPOSE: A solar cell for a solar heating system is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by collecting light effectively with heating water circulating in the heat exchanger with irradiating the concentrated rays on the upper part of the heat exchange pipe, and to increase durability by solidifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(1) is formed by stacking a solar concentration part(2) including plural solar concentration glass rods(21) and a heat exchange part(3) on a body frame(4). A supply pipe(31) and a return pipe(32) are connected by plural heat exchange pipes(33) in the heat exchange part, and a thermal insulating material(41) is mounted in the body frame. Plural solar concentration glass rods are arranged horizontally by fitting assembling units(211) of the glass rods into fixing grooves(221) of fixing bodies(22). A convex lens rod mounting plural convex lenses is installed in the center of the solar concentration part. The ray of the sun is concentrated by the solar concentration glass rods, and irradiated on the upper part of the heat exchange pipe to heat water circulating in the heat exchange part.
