<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of dust or droplets or the like of gas to an inner wall face of a tower body 1 even when they are included by controlling so that a speed of a swirl does not become too fast without requiring a stream lining mechanism, a guide vane, a turning vane or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A gas supply duct 6 having a duct center line C extending in tangential direction of a circle Q centered on an axis O of the tower body 1 is connected to a connecting part 2 of the cylindrical tower body 1. The duct center line C is decentered without crossing the axis O in a cross section along the duct center line C of the connecting part 2. The gas supply duct 6 is opened from a decentered side of the duct center line C with respect to the axis O to an opposite side over an imaginary straight line L in parallel with the duct center line C and crossing the axis O. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
