摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account receivable collation system for surely collating credit sale detail data with transaction data such as detail data on after-inspection receiving by a computer system even when a seller performs the installment delivery of ordered commodities to a purchaser.

SOLUTION: The account receivable collation system automatically collates account receivable detail data constituted of detail data concerned with credit sales or credit purchase with transaction detail data such as detail data on after-inspection receiving for credit sales or claim detail data for credit purchase by the computer. The system comprises a means for mutually collating the data of one or more sales attribute items specified in advance in each purchaser or each seller of a transaction and a means for mutually collating the data of the sales attribute data in accordance with the priority of sales attribute items to which collation priority is assigned in advance.
