PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately form a cup-like container made of a plastic provided with heat-resistant flange of an opening part and neck part. SOLUTION: The flange 4 of the opening part and the neck part 3 of the cup-like container 1 made of the plastic are left under a non-crystalline condition without receiving drawing action. These parts 4 and 3 are brought into contact with heating faces 25 or 34 and 38 of heaters 23 or 33, 33A and 33B being heat sources to perform crystallization by heating by performing contact heating. As the contact heating, the crystallization and annealing can be performed under a condition where these parts 4 and 3 are pinched from the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides, no heat deformation is generated in these parts. It is possible thereby to accurately form the flange 4 of the opening part and the neck part 3 provided with heat resistance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
