PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant colored aromatic polycarbonate-based resin composition which has excellent flame retardance, mechanical properties, especially excellent tensile stress at break, flexural strength and modulus in flexure and comprises a reinforcing material and/or a filler without using a bromine-based flame retardant and a phosphorus-based flame retardant, and a molding therefrom. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant aromatic polycarbonate-based resin composition comprises (A) 100 parts wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate, (B) 0-40 parts wt. of a thermoplastic resin except the aromatic polycarbonate, (C) 0.01-3 parts wt. of one or more kinds selected from needle-like inorganic compound particles, platy inorganic compound particles and branched structure-containing inorganic compound particles, (D) 0.0001-1 part wt. of at least one kind of a metal salt selected from an alkali metal salt and an alkaline earth metal salt, (E) 5-200 parts wt. of a reinforcing material and/or a filler and (F) 0.01-10 parts wt. of zinc sulfide.
