PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire/wheel assembly using a pneumatic tire with peripheral direction sipe capable improving durability. SOLUTION: This tire/wheel assembly has a pneumatic tire 2 provided with peripheral direction sipings 2B extending on a tread surface 2A in the tire peripheral direction installed on a rim 1, and has run flat support body 3 which consists of an annular shell 4 having a support surface 6 formed in a convex curved surface 6a including an annular top line x or top surface y in an outer circumference side and a forked shape in an inner circumference side, and left and right elastic rings 5 supporting a forked leg part 7 on the rim 1 arranged in a cavity part 2Y of the pneumatic tire 2. The top line x or the top surface y of the convex curved surface 6a is shifted in a wheel rotational axis direction not to match with the peripheral direction sipings 2B in a view from a wheel radial direction.
