PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuous energizing heating of a fluid material, which can uniformly heat the fluid material flowing even through a pipeline formed into the shape of a cylinder, by uniform energization. SOLUTION: The apparatus for continuous energizing heating of fluid material Joule heats the fluid material between power supplying electrodes 2 while moving the fluid material in a pipeline 1, where the electrodes 2 are formed into a helical fashion through the longitudinal direction of the pipeline 1 respectively, and located in the pipeline 1 so as to face each other.
