PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly display presence of a dummy plug in a normal inserting position. SOLUTION: A terminal inserting hole 20 corresponding to a vacant cavity 14A is blocked in the case where a cavity inserted with a female terminal fittings and the vacant cavity are present in cavities 14 formed in a housing 10. The dummy plug 30 is inserted into the vacant cavity 14A through the terminal inserting hole 20, a to-be-locked part 31 being locked in a coming-off preventing state in a lance 23 is installed at the tip of the dummy plug and a flange 36 coming in contact with the rear surface of a connector 11 when the to-be-locked part 31 is locked in the lance 23 is installed at the rear end of the dummy plug.
