PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure good connection between cylindrical bodies or fitting of a cap plug for a mouth of a bottle and high fluid-tightness/gas-tightness. SOLUTION: This packing 1 is formed out of soft synthetic resin and placed at a connecting section between a first cylindrical body A and a second cylindrical body B with a larger bore than that of the first cylindrical body A; and constructed so that a thin fitting cylinder section 4 is set on the base edge of a thick fitting-in cylinder 2 which is closely fitted in the first cylindrical body A so as to become one united body, is closely fitted onto the exterior surface of the first cylindrical body A by reversing and is closely fitted onto the second cylindrical body B; or constructed so that the fitting cylinder section 4 may be set on the base edge of the fitting-in cylinder 2 which is closely fitted in a mouse D of a bottle body C and the like so as to become one united body and is closely fitted onto the exterior surface of the mouse D by reversing, and a short columnar cap plug E is closely fitted in the fitting-in cylinder 2.
