PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the powder loss by scattering and prevent harmful influence by dripping. SOLUTION: In a powder sprayer, a spraying roller 18 arranged on the lower part of a powder storage tang 12 is rotated and thereby the powder 10 stuck onto the spraying roller 18 is sprayed on a body 30 to be sprayed passing through the lower part of the spraying roller 18. A space partitioning rollers 32 and 34 are provided in the vicinity of the spraying roller 18 at the upstream side and the downstream side thereof along the flowing direction of the body 30 to be sprayed to form a spray closing space 36 directly under the spraying roller 18.
