PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for measuring a same-directional holding force of the knee and the tiptoe relatively to a turning load of the leg. SOLUTION: A gage bar 17 operated by a tensile force of a chain 8 which transmits a turning force applied by a measurer is provided in a base 2 journaling a turning table 1 for mounting the foot of a testee and a standing observation ruler 5 for examining the direction of the knee is provided on the base 2.
