PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humor absorbent wear article capable of preventing contact between user's fingers and an adhesive area and peeling release paper easily from the adhesive area. SOLUTION: In the humor absorbent wear article 1A, a liquid absorbent core 4 is interposed between a liquid permeable front sheet 2 and a liquid impermeable rear sheet 3, the adhesive area to which an adhesive is applied is formed at front and rear end parts 5 and 7 on the outer surface of the rear sheet 3, and the release paper is stuck to the adhesive area. The front and rear end parts 5 and 7 are folded inward in the longitudinal direction toward a center part 6, and further, the center part 6 is folded inward in two in the longitudinal direction, so that the outer surfaces of the release paper are fixed to each other at both ends.
