PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement suppressing the occurrence of noises. SOLUTION: The agricultural implement 1 is equipped with an implement body 2 having tillage members 11 and a land grading member 13. Extended implement members 3 having extended tillage members 21 and extended land grading members 23 are foldably installed at the ends of the implement body 2. Auxiliary land grading members 31 changed into a use developed state and a nonuse folded staten by rotation are rotatably provided at the outer ends of the extended land grading members 23 of the extended implement members 3. The agricultural implement 1 is equipped with hanging preventing means 50 for preventing the auxiliary land grading members 31 in the nonuse folded state from rotating downward and hanging during the folded state of the extended implement members 3.
