Four rotating shafts (3.5) equipped with cutting blades (3.4) are positioned parallel to the rotor (3) and pressed against the inner surface of the container (1) in order to remove fibrous material through the manure outlets (2) attached to the rim of several openings (1.1) distributed across the mantle (1). A receptacle for stones is attached to the bottom of the device.
