PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and process for transacting securities promoting investors to purchase securities on their own responsibility while using specific points.

SOLUTION: The process includes a specific point storage process (step B) in which specific points for purchasing specific securities are stored in a specific point storage part 9 in association with investors 3; a return request receiving process (step J) in which the system receives from the investor 3 a request to return the whole or part of investment on the specific securities by the use of the specific points; and return processes (step K, J) in which the specific points matching the whole or part of the investment are subtracted based on the fact that the investor 3 has purchased the specific securities with the specific point account of the specific point storage part 9 updated, and money or valuable objects matching the specific points are returned to the investor 3.
