<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously print on respective print portions of a card and a bag by a single printing operation without inconsistency occurring between printed contents on the respective print portions. <P>SOLUTION: A bag 1 with a card sheet comprises a front sheet 2 and a rear sheet 3 joined along three peripheral sides, and is equipped with information print portions 13 and 14 on the front surface of a bag body 1a with one edge opened 5. The card sheet 6 is integrally provided with perforations 7 as a border at an end of the bag body 1a. The card sheet 6 is separably equipped with a card 10 having an information print portion on the front surface.
