<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible imager (100) that visualizes an object (200) irradiated by radiation (75) made incident thereon. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible imager includes a flexible substrate (101), optical sensor array (110) arranged on the flexible substrate (101), and a scintillator (190). The scintillator (190) converts the radiation (75) made incident thereon into photon, and optically connected to the optical sensor array (110). The optical sensor array (110) receives the photon, and generates an electrical signal corresponding to the photon. A digital image forming method for visualizing the object (200) includes a step in which a flexible digital imager (100) is adapted to the object so that the object (200) is positioned between the flexible digital imager (100) and a radiation line source (300). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
