<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter in which the adjacent photoelectric converting elements are mutually connected with the sufficient connection strength kept tightly. <P>SOLUTION: In this photoelectric converter, electrodes 7, 8 formed on one side of a photoelectric converting element formed on a substrate 1 in which the rear surface thereof is formed of aluminum or aluminum alloy are connected to the rear surface of the substrate 1 of the photoelectric converting element with a wiring material 9 formed of copper foil. The wiring material 9 and the adjacent photoelectric converting element are connected with a sufficient connection strength by covering the connecting portion of the wiring material 9 and the rear surface of the substrate 1 with aluminum or solder in the thickness of 20μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
