PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for automatically switching a chemical injection, with which any of different kinds of chemicals can be selected suitably and injected into raw water as the need arises. SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted by connecting a plurality of chemical storage tanks 41 to a raw water supplying line 10 in each of which a chemical different in kind is stored and arranging a measuring means in a raw water storage tank 1 for measuring the properties of the raw water so that any of the chemicals can be selected properly and the proper amount of the selected chemical can be injected into the raw water according to the flow rate of the raw water. As a result, The chemical which is mixed in the raw water and is different in kind can properly be selected automatically according to the properties of the raw water and the working time can be shortened. Since any of the pumps connected respectively to the tanks 41 can be operated suitably by the measuring means, the chemicals suitable for the properties of the raw water can be injected stably.
