PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of performing processing to specify a scene to be printed easily and in a short period of time. SOLUTION: When photographing is performed with a moving picture mode, moving picture data of an object image photographed by an imaging device (102) is compressed by a compression/decompression processing section (106) by each frame, and stored in a memory card (108). At this point, marking data are added to frames which a user desires to have printed, according to his/her instruction. In reading out the moving picture data recorded in the memory card (108), the frames added with the marking data are searched, such a frame and a predetermined number of frames near the frame are decompressed by the compression/decompression processing section (106) each time the frame is detected, and are played back in a slow speed on an image display LCD (112). Then, when any frame displayed during the slow-speed playback is specified, the frame is recorded in the memory card (108) as still image data for printing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
