PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a fiber through hole is not formed straightly since a through hole forming pin bends and curves at the time of molding a ferrule for optical connector. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the ferrule for optical connector prevents bent and curve of the through hole forming pin by bringing an insert into contact with the through hole forming pin arranged in a molding space of a molding die. The removal mark of the insert arranged in the molding space of the molding die for preventing the bent and the curve of the through hole forming pin which forms the fiber through hole at the time of molding the ferrule for optical connector, exists in the ferrule for optical connector.
