PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a method for effectively producing a bissulfonylimide group-containing monomer. SOLUTION: The bissulfonylimide group-containing monomer is produced from a bissulfonylimide compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein n is an integer of 0-3 and m is an integer of 1-5; R<SP>1</SP>is a fluorinated hydrocarbon group or its substitution product; M<SP>1</SP>is a group selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal atom, an alkaline earth metal metal, a≤10C hydrocarbon group-substituted silyl group, a 1-10C alkyl group and an organic ammonium group) and a metal amide having a specific structure.
