PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize systematic and integral process control to refer efficiently to a business procedure of another user (user group), as to quality control. SOLUTION: A manager terminal 10 prepares a basic process image object in each level, prepares a process image object map for indicating arrangement for the highest rank of process, and receives a user-inherent process image object which the each user has for controlling. A relation and common knowledge information between the respective process image objects (basic process image object and user-inherent process image object) are integrally controlled thereby using a network 100.
