PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing machine and software for printing letters, signs, a picture, and a photograph on a commercially available fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: By printing letters, signs, a picture, and a photograph on the fluorescent lamp, the letters, the signs, the picture, and the photographic picture become conspicuous at an original brightness of the fluorescent lamp, which attract the eyes, interest, and attention of people.
