PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic recovering the feeling of a keratinous fiber such as hair receiving damage by a hair dyeing, permanent wave or the like. SOLUTION: This keratinous F-layer damage-repairing agent contains 1 kind or≥2 kinds of components A having phenolic hydroxy group and/or sugar residue in their molecules and having≤0 octanol/water distribution coefficient (hereinafter expressed as logP) with 1 kind or≥2 kinds of components B having≥4C alkyl chain and/or≥4Si silicone chain in their molecules and having≥0.01 log P by A:B=(10:1)-(1:20) ratio. The hair cosmetic agent contains the agent, and can recover the damage of the keratinous fiber to regain the favorable keratinous fiber feeling before receiving the damage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
