PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel device on which a carriage main body is never swung at the time of directional change. SOLUTION: This wheel device is made capable of revolving a wheel accompanying the directional change in addition to rotation of the wheel 40 accompanying travelling on a floor surface by furnishing a revolving bearing device 20, the rooting position of a bracket 30 axially supporting the wheel is at a position out of the revolving central shaft C1 of the revolving bearing device, and an axle 41 of the wheel is at a position crossing the revolving central shaft.
