PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform removing work for a joint of a bridge in low noises/low vibration; and to easily repair a floorslab after cutting. SOLUTION: An auxiliary member 3 is arranged on the floorslab for obliquely setting a cutter blade 11 to the floorslab 10, and a device is inclined by placing one side wheel of a concrete cutter 1. The floorslab 10 is obliquely cut by making the concrete cutter 1 travel, and cutting grooves are respectively formed by four on both sides of the joint 2. The floorslab is also cut in the bridge shaft direction including the joint 2, and a removing part is reduced. The edge is cut by driving a wedge in the innermost cutting groove of the joint 2, and the joint 2 is removed. The edge of a cutting piece is cut and removed by successively driving the wedge in an outside oblique cutting groove 40. A vertical cutting groove 41 is formed outside the oblique cutting groove 40, and the wedge is driven, and is removed in a thin plate state, and a new joint installing space is formed.
