PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt embedding member and embedding fixing method capable of easily embedding and fixing an anchor bolt in a specified position when placing concrete and easily coping with removing works or the like of forms. SOLUTION: A main part is constituted of a long tabular member 2 having holes at the substantially central part and both sides, an anchor bolt through member 3 having a screw thread at a guard-shaped section and the both sides at a slit part and the outer side, and a nut-shaped member 4 which can be fitted and screwed in the through member 3. The tabular member 2, the anchor bolt through member 3, and the nut-shaped member 4 are fastened with the anchor bolt 5, and disposed in the embedment position of the anchor bolt 5. The tabular member 2 and an attaching portion 6a of the form member 6 are fastened together by nails, screws, etc. 8 and then, concrete 7 is placed, The anchor bolt 5 can be fixedly embedded in a desired position.
