PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor post surely supporting load on the frame member side regardless of the displacement of a distance between the frame member and a ground. SOLUTION: The floor post is constituted so that the floor post has engaging pawl sections 8A and 8B for a frame-member supporting section 6 and an engaging stepped section being formed on the main shaft 4 side and being engaged with the engaging pawl sections 8A and 8B and permitting a displacement in the lifting direction of the supporting section 6 and preventing the displacement in the lowering direction, and the supporting section 6 is abutted against the frame member side at all times by a coil spring arranged between a main shaft 4 and the supporting section 6, and load on the frame member side is transmitted directly from the supporting section 6 to the main shaft 4 side by an engagement among the engaging pawl sections 8A and 8B and the engaging stepped section.
