PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system having a device for transferring power and informations between two constituents mutually movable and preferably comprising a fixed constituent and a movable constituent. SOLUTION: The system comprises transfer devices for commonly transferring power and informations, wherein the system has a transfer device having primary coil structures (1 and 24) set on one constituent, secondary coil structures (2 and 27) set on the other constituent, power sources (35, 41 and 59) connected to the first coil structures (1 and 24) and based on pulse widths and devices (71 and 72) for changing signals generated by the power sources based on transferred informations.
