PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory with a strap stabilizing arrangement preventing a strap from slipping down and capable of being attached to many upper garments. SOLUTION: The accessory is such that a freely openable/closable detachable holder is engaged with one side of a safety pin, the safety pin is fixed to an upper garment, a strap of e.g. a brassiere and a slip which is worn is held in the holder to clip, the upper garment and the strap are joined and the strap is made movable together with the movements of the upper garment so as to be stable. The holder has an opening hole (9) and space (8) for relieving pulling from both the upper garment and the strap.
