PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella setting tool enabling freely using both the hands without holding an umbrella in the hand in a rainy day. SOLUTION: This umbrella setting tool is composed of a band, a pocket and a belt. The tool enables attaching an umbrella to the body at an appropriate angle so as to freely use both the hands without holding the umbrella in the hand in e.g. a rainy day when an umbrella is required.
