PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a two-blade cutting tool and repolishing cost as much as possible. SOLUTION: Two cutters 2 and 3 formed with edges 2a and 3a in one sides 21c and 22c of base materials 21 and 22 to respective long-side end parts 21a and 22a of the base materials 21 and 22 comprising long rectangular plates and functioning one sides 21c and 22c as cutting faces 2b and 3b are attached to a cutter attachment part 4 of a holder 1 with one sides 21c and 22c opposed to each other and deviated in the face direction. This constitution dispenses with the polishing or the repolishing for forming the cutting faces 2b and 3b so as to reduce the polishing manhour and the reduction in the manufacturing cost and the repolishing cost can provide the cutting tool at low price.
