THERMAL EVAPORATOR AND METHOD FOR THERMAL EVAPORATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal evaporator making the residual amount of an evaporating liquid in a thermal evaporator simply known and stably carrying out evaporation and to provide a method for thermal evaporation. SOLUTION: The thermal evaporator is obtained by carrying or holding a thermal evaporation container 2 equipped with a container body 7 containing the evaporating liquid 6 such as an insecticidal technical product and having a transparent or a translucent gas-permeable film 8 closing an evaporation port on the top surface of the container body 7 on a heater surface 1 so that the evaporating liquid 6 is kept at an angle so as to contact the gas-permeable film 8. The evaporating liquid 6 is thermally evaporated at the angle so that the evaporating liquid 6 contacts the gas-permeable film 8. As a result, the amount of the liquid in the container 2 can be known from the level of the liquid surface 6a of the evaporating liquid 6 and the amount of the evaporation is stabilized.
