The method involves using several prefabricated room cells (20, 40) with installations (72,74,76) which are transferred to the installation site and then connected together. The room cells have a base plate and adjoining walls as a prefabricated unit fitted on site with the roof layer. Independent claim describes structure with prefabricated identical units to make up multi-storeyed buildings which have similar shaped internal rooms.
