Each of the railings (2) is provided with a linear recess (5) along half its length for the accommodation of a bar (4) swivel mounted (8) to the railing (2) inside a groove (7) located at the inner surface of the recess (5). For use both bars (4) can be swiveled into a transversal position and one of their ends slid along the grooves (7) in order to provide a space between the bars (4) sufficient for carrying a particular load. The opposite end (4a) can be locked to the opposite railing (2) with a suitable mechanism.
