HELMET WITH ADJUSTABLE RETENTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A helmet with an adjustable retention system is provided to enable automatic adjustment in length of a chin strap used to fix the helmet around the user's head without requiring manual adjustment operation. CONSTITUTION: In a helmet(1) having a cover(2) provided with an adjustable retention system, the retention system comprises a winding unit(3) configured to be firmly fixed at the cover, and a tape(4) used as a chin strap and configured to be easily wound/unwound by means of the winding unit. One end of the tape is freely wound on the winding unit, whereas the other end is fixed to the cover.
