PURPOSE: A rope-skipping apparatus having an LED lamp is provided to enable a user to enjoy rope-skipping by emitting a light from a lamp. CONSTITUTION: The rope-skipping apparatus having an LED lamp comprises; a rope(80) having an LED lamp(90) positioned at a predetermined interval therein; and a handle unit(100) having a battery therein so that the LED lamp(90) radiates by electrical connection of the battery. The handle unit(100) comprises: a handle(10) for inserting a battery; a top cover(30) combined with the upper portion of the handle(10); a rotator(50) bonding axially with the top cover(30) by a vertical pin(58); and a rope protecting cap(70) boding axially with the rotator(50) by a horizontal pin(72). When a user moves the rope-skipping apparatus, the rope protecting cap(70) and the rotator(50) move at 180 degrees around the horizontal pin(72) so that the LED lamp(90) radiates.
