PURPOSE: A structure for a spring charge port of a portable terminal is provided to improve electric contact property with a pin port of a charger by forming a charge port of the mobile terminal as a spring structure. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical boss(130) and an aperture portion(110) are formed in a housing(100) by one body. The cylindrical boss(130) is protruded at one side of an internal portion of a portable terminal, and the aperture portion(110) is penetrated at one side of the internal portion of the portable terminal. A fixed portion of a spring port portion is inserted into the cylindrical boss(130) of the housing(100). The spring port portion has a connection portion(120) and a supporting portion(150) which are formed with the fixed portion by one body.
