<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system corresponding to a portable terminal with a built-in electromagnetic wave communication function which can prevent missing of purchase due to a mark card entry mistake by a user with a winning horse betting terminal, and a mark entry mistake on purchasing. <P>SOLUTION: The winning horse betting terminal in a cash betting place reads a mark card filled in by the user, corresponds to a betting ticket purchase application, and further corresponds to a betting ticket purchase application which the user makes, with the portable terminal with the built-in electromagnetic communication apparatus possessed by the user, by inputting data from an input screen of a terminal display part thereof.
