<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a single operation of a dispersively distributed power supply with a high detecting sensitivity at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A single operation detecting apparatus of the dispersively distributed power supply for detecting the single operation of the dispersively distributed power supply based on a state quantity detected near the distributed power supply to conduct parallel off from a power distribution system when the power distribution system connected with the distributed power supply and a load of other general demander is separated from a host power system to become the single system due to an accident or the like of a power distribution line includes a voltage phase angle difference detecting means for detecting a voltage phase angle difference between a plurality of reference buses including one place of the host power system and a connecting bus of the distributed power supply, a judging means for judging whether the distributed power supply is the single operation or not based on the voltage phase angle difference detected by this voltage phase angle difference detecting means and a preset threshold value, and a parallel off control means for conducting the parallel off by the distributed power supply from the power distribution system when the distributed power supply is judged to be the single operation by the judging means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
