PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting-off hydraulic unit, which can reduce its cost and can respond to the request for miniaturization, and to provide a hydraulic circuit, which is much more simple and low-priced. SOLUTION: Because an accumulator 30 and a hydraulic cylinder part 28 are constructed as an integrated unit, the distance of a hydraulic oil passage is shortened. In addition, a hydraulic oil inlet port 32a is connected to the accumulator 30 via a first hydraulic oil passage C1, a hydraulic oil outlet port 32b is connected to a first chamber 58 of the hydraulic cylinder part 28 via a second hydraulic oil passage C2, and a throttle valve 33a is provided in a pilot hydraulic oil passage P1 of a logic valve 32, in which a pilot connecting port 32c is connected to the pilot hydraulic oil passage P1. Consequently, the hydraulic oil to be supplied to the first chamber 58 of the hydraulic cylinder part 28 is gradually increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
