PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular incision apparatus for easily, rapidly and reliably creating a vascular incision of a target (desired) length. SOLUTION: The vascular incision apparatus 1 includes a pair of handles 21, 22 whose upper ends are mutually connected. A puncturing incision member 3 including: a first needle part 31 having an acute needlepoint 311 so as to puncture a blood vessel; and a cutter 32 arranged at the proximal end of the first needle part 31 so as to incise the blood vessel, is joined to the lower end part of the handle 21. A second needle part 33 including an acute needlepoint 331 opposing to the needlepoint 311 of the first needle part 31 by separation at a prescribed interval, so as to puncture the blood vessel is joined to the lower end part of the handle 22. An abutment part 41 and a bolt 42 are arranged in the handle 22 at the side of the handle 21. A through-hole 211 is formed at a position corresponding to a bolt 42 of the handle 21, and a nut 43 is screwed onto the bolt 42 by penetrating the through-hole 211. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
