PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding connecting terminal, a stator, and a brushless motor wherein the number of parts and cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: The winding connecting terminal 10 is placed on a stator having a core on which a plurality of projected teeth are radially formed; and a plurality of windings wound on the teeth. The winding connecting terminal allows those in the same phase of a plurality of the windings to be connected together. The winding connecting terminal 10 has phase-U, phase-V, and phase-W connecting terminals 20, 30, and 40 and a neutral point connecting terminal 50 concentrically arranged. The connecting terminals 20, 30, and 40 are formed so that they can connect together windings in the same phase in parallel by cutting connecting pieces 24, 34, and 44, and that they can connect together windings in the same phase in series by cutting predetermined sections.
