PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which measures about communication conditions in a radio network, visualizes and provides the communication conditions for users and supports a variety of radio technologies such as adequate layouts of radio access points, etc. SOLUTION: The system has a measuring step of storing in a memory means information of the output power of radio signals transmitted from radio network access units or/and radio signals from terminals, information of the intensity of the radio signals measured by the radio network access unit or the terminal at the radio signal receive side, and information of the positions of the radio network access unit and the terminal; and an analyzing step of analyzing the communication conditions of the radio network every position, based on the information stored in the memory means.
