PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sparkless wheel allowing increase of a contact area to a traveling body, and capable of substantially restraining generation of a spark. SOLUTION: On the circumference of this rotatable wheel capable of collecting a current, carbon fiber plates bendable in its rotation direction are planted at certain intervals.
