PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting servo writer system which suppresses an increase of a manufacturing cost and can write servo patterns with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A disk 10 prewritten with clock patterns 100 as signal patterns for position detection of a rotating direction is built into a disk driver 1 of the self-supporting servo writer system. The servo writer system 2 successively writes the servo patterns in a manner as to write once the patterns over the entire part on the disk 10 by utilizing the servo patterns written on the disk 10 by a write head element.
