PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated liquid crystal display element in which a plurality of liquid crystal panels are laminated with an adhesive and the adhesive squeezing out from the laminated faces is prevented from depositing on an electrode forming face of a terminal part. SOLUTION: In the side lines of substrates 120, 210 on the adhering faces to be laminated with each other of the liquid crystal panels 10, 20, specified side lines 123, 213 facing the terminal parts 111, 221 where the electrode forming faces are exposed to the laminating faces on substrates 110, 220 in the opposite sides to adhesion of the respective liquid crystal panels are made to protrude by 0.6 to 1.0 mm from the end faces 201, 101 of the counterpart liquid crystal panels so as to make a retention part for the adhesive.
